Cancellation Policy

Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment. Skin Reset Studios may reschedule appointments where necessary due to practitioner availability, equipment maintenance or other operational or safety reasons.
Payments and Refunds
Consultation fees and treatments already provided are generally non-refundable. Unused prepaid treatments or treatment packages may only be refunded where required by applicable law or at the discretion of Skin Reset Studios. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Portuguese consumer law.
